Spring Trail Adventure

Description:

Join Tri-State Trails for a fun-filled trail experience in Hamilton, Ohio. We’ve curated two exciting trail experiences that are sure to impress. The best part is you can choose your own adventure! Guided by local leaders to share their success stories, you can ride the newly expanded Great Miami River Trail or walk the new Hamilton Beltline trail.  In addition to the adventure, each registration gets you an award winning beer from Municipal Brew Works, gourmet sandwiches from Cheese -N- Chong, and the satisfaction of supporting Tri-State Trails.  Planners, you can even earn two hours of AICP Certification Maintenance credits while having some fun!

We hope you’ll join us for this fun-filled trail experience and see all the progress for yourself! The deadline to register is April 24.

Registration is required to attend.  Waiver is required to participate in the trail adventure.  Bring your own bike.  Rental bikes are not available for this event. Free parking is available at the Fitton Center For Creative Arts located at 101 S Monument Ave, Hamilton, OH 45011. Park then take a short bike ride or walk to Municipal Brew Works, see our Ride with GPS route for reference.

Choose your adventure options:

  1. Great Miami River Trail: Starting at Municipal Brew Works, we’ll bike north to MetroParks of Butler County’s recent extension of the Great Miami River Trail through Rentschler Forest to Camp Timberhill.  ~12 mile round trip along mostly flat multi-use trail, with a decent hill in Rentschler Forest. Ride with GPS route
  2. Hamilton Beltline: Hike the newly extended Beltline trail through west Hamilton.  Optional stop at Flub’s Ice Cream at the turnaround point (not included in registration cost).  ~4 mile round trip along mostly flat multi-use trail. Ride with GPS route

Agenda:

  • 3:00 – 4:30 PM – Guided trail tours along Great Miami River Trail and Hamilton Beltline
  • 4:30 – 6:00 PM – Happy hour with light bites and brief program

Registration options include:

  • Member Registration ($50) – includes 1 admission, 1 beer ticket, and food
  • Adult Registration ($65) – includes 1 admission, 1 beer ticket, and food
  • Youth Registration (Age 16 and younger) ($10) – includes 1 admission and food
  • Trail Advocate ($150) – includes 1 admission, 2 beer tickets, food, and Tri-State Trails branded reflective vests
  • Explorer Sponsor ($500) – includes 2 admissions, 4 beer tickets, food, and your promotional materials on a shared table if desired
  • Pathfinder Sponsor ($1,000) – includes 4 admissions, 8 beer tickets, and exhibitor table if desired
  • Trailblazer Sponsor ($2,500) – includes 6 admissions, 12 beer tickets, and exhibitor table if desired

Advanced registration closes on April 24, 2023 for $65. We can accept registrations at the door for $75, but we can’t guarantee food will be available if you haven’t pre-registered. The Spring Trail Adventure will take place, rain or shine, and we will try to proceed with the adventures unless weather conditions are dangerous.  No refunds will be provided if the event is cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions.
