The Active Transportation Coalition is for community-minded individuals who want to learn about ways they can make a difference in their neighborhood. If you are a resident working on an active transportation community project or just someone with an idea you’re passionate about making happen this group is for you. At our first meeting on March 23 from 4:00-5:00 PM we’ll hear from resident advocates in Pleasant Ridge and the organizers of the Whitewater Canal Trail. They’ll share what they’ve done to make tangible progress on the ground and how they’re growing the active transportation movement in their community.
