Tri-State Trails Hiring Development Manager

Tri-State Trails is excited to announce the opening of a new Development Manager position to enhance its fundraising efforts and support the organization’s mission to connect and expand the region’s trail and bikeway network. This position will report to the Executive Director and offers a hybrid work option based in Cincinnati.

The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, grant writing, or development, along with a passion for making communities healthier and more accessible through trails. Key responsibilities include managing grant functions, overseeing the organizational membership program, and developing strategies for fundraising campaigns. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential.

The role offers a competitive salary of $50,000 to $70,000, along with comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and a flexible work schedule.
